What you'll be doing...
- Provide a white‑glove manicure and pedicure experience, ensuring comfort, relaxation, and personalization at every touchpoint
- Conduct refined consultations to understand guest preferences, lifestyle, and nail health goals
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver service with calm confidence, poise, and attentiveness
- Uphold privacy and discretion for VIP and repeat clientele
Technical Expertise
- Perform expert manicures, pedicures, gel services as outlined in our menu, including advanced nail treatments
- Execute custom nail art and luxury finishes aligned with current trends and brand standards
- Maintain deep knowledge of nail health, contraindications, and treatment suitability
- Recommend tailored at‑home nail care regimens and luxury retail products
Sanitation, Safety & Standards
- Adhere to the highest sanitation, sterilization, and infection‑control protocols at all times
- Maintain immaculately clean and organized workstations reflective of a luxury environment
- Ensure compliance with state licensing laws, brand SOPs, and spa safety standards
Brand & Team Contribution
- Represent the brand with elegance, professionalism, and polished communication
- Support a calming, upscale atmosphere through attention to detail and teamwork
- Stay current on industry innovations, products, and luxury beauty trends
- Participate in ongoing training and skill refinement
Requirements...
- Active State‑Issued Nail Technician / Manicurist License
- Minimum 1–2 years professional experience in a high‑end salon, spa, or hospitality environment preferred
- Advanced proficiency in gel, acrylic, and specialty nail services
- Exceptional attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage high‑profile or luxury clientele
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and peak luxury service hours
Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in primary language used in the workplace
Physical:
- 8+ hours per day at desk; stand and walk frequently throughout the workday
- Lift, lower, and maneuver up to 30 pounds occasionally
