Job Type: Full Time and Part Time, - Hourly
Rate of Pay: up to $80 per hour including tips and commissions
What You'll Do
- Perform customized massage treatments that promote relaxation and wellness.
- Consult with guests to understand their health history, preferences, and treatment goals.
- Create exceptional guest experiences through personalized care and professional service.
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment rooms.
- Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and spa service standards.
- Educate guests on spa products and recommend services that support their wellness goals.
What You Bring
- Current Wisconsin Massage Therapist license.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques.
- Experience with multiple massage modalities, including deep tissue massage preferred.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for wellness and creating memorable guest experiences.
