What You'll Do
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards throughout public spaces, restrooms, and guest-facing areas.
- Create a welcoming environment by providing friendly, attentive service and assisting guests as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Identify and report maintenance needs, safety concerns, and operational issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and replenish housekeeping and cleaning supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Follow established safety, sanitation, and resort standards while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.
What You Bring
- Previous housekeeping, custodial, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and safe handling procedures is preferred.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as business demands require
