We’re now seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial strategy, inspire our team, and drive meaningful revenue across group, leisure, and catering segments. If you're a visionary sales leader who sees opportunity where others see status quo, this is your stage.

What You’ll Do:

Set the strategic direction for group, corporate, leisure, and social catering sales

Lead and mentor a passionate sales team to exceed revenue targets and service standards

Create and execute annual sales and marketing plans with bold thinking and a clear ROI focus

Partner closely with Revenue and Operations to optimize pricing, forecasting, and guest experience

Represent The Abbey with flair—hosting site visits, roadshows, blitzes, and FAMs

Build partnerships that matter: clients, agencies, planners, community stakeholders

Make data your superpower—delivering insightful forecasts, reports, and performance tracking

Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends, competition, and what makes people say “yes”

Who You Are:

A sales strategist and coach with at least 7 years in hospitality and 3+ years leading high-performing sales teams

Energetic, entrepreneurial, and ready to leave your mark on a beloved brand

Excellent communicator with a sharp sense for storytelling, negotiation, and relationship-building

Comfortable with the numbers—budgeting, forecasting, revenue strategy are second nature

Tech-savvy with tools like Delphi/Amadeus and a love for data-informed decisions
