Join The Abbey Resort team as our Reservations & Owner Liaison Supervisor! In this dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of creating exceptional experiences for both guests and property owners. From leading a talented reservations team to building strong relationships with condominium and villa owners, you'll play a key part in ensuring every stay begins with outstanding service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality.
Job Type: Full Time, Hourly
Rate of Pay: $16-$18
What You'll Do
- Lead and support the Reservations team to ensure exceptional guest service and reservation accuracy.
- Coach, train, and develop Reservations Agents.
- Serve as the primary liaison for rental program owners and owner communications
- Manage guest and owner reservations while promoting resort amenities and special offers.
- Resolve reservation concerns and booking discrepancies.
- Monitor reservation trends and support staffing needs.
- Maintain confidential guest and owner information.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of reservations, front office, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional judgement and ability to handle confidential information.
