What you’ll be doing…

  • Lead the front desk team during shifts and set the tone for service

  • Be visible in the lobby and own the guest arrival and departure experience

  • Coach and support front desk agents in real time

  • Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and urgency

  • Hold team members accountable to luxury service standards

  • Assist with scheduling, training, and daily operational flow

  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, F&B, and events to ensure smooth operations

  • Step up as the leader on duty when needed and make confident decisions

Requirements…

  • Customer service experience, preferably in Hospitality or related industry
  • High School diploma or equivalency education certificate required
