Compensation: Starting at $80,323 per year plus bonus

What you’ll be doing…

  • Lead daily operations with a strong focus on food and beverage and events

  • Set the tone for service standards, urgency, and hospitality across the property

  • Be highly visible on the floor, leading during service, functions, and peak periods

  • Coach and develop department leaders to elevate overall team performance

  • Build accountability and a culture of ownership across departments

  • Make decisions confidently and step in when leadership is needed

  • Drive execution in staffing, training, scheduling, and performance

  • Take ownership of guest recovery and ensure exceptional service experiences

Success factors…

Experience & Education: 

  • 5+ years of hotel management experience, preferably with the same brand
  • Experience or involvement with sales and revenue management preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience required
  • Valid driver’s license

Communication:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong diplomacy skills with focus on problem solving
  • Strong administrative skills with intermediate experience with Microsoft Office systems
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in primary language used in the workplace

Physical:

  • 8+ hours per day; stand, sit, and walk frequently throughout the workday
  • Lift, lower, push, pull, and maneuver up to 30 pounds occasionally
