About This Role

House Persons are the behind-the-scenes heroes of hotel operations. At the heart of our Housekeeping team, you keep the engine running — stocked, spotless, and ready to impress. From organized storerooms to sparkling public spaces, your work creates the smooth, efficient flow that allows the entire hotel to shine.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy staying active, love checking things off your list, and can confidently navigate in-house technology systems — this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keep It Stocked & Ready: Maintain clean, organized storerooms and supply areas so the team can quickly access what they need.
  • Own the Back-of-House: Clean and organize doors, walls, lockers, closets, refreshment areas, and equipment to keep workspaces safe and presentable.
  • Support Public Spaces: When needed, assist with guest corridors and exterior spaces to maintain our high hospitality standards.
  • Linen & Waste Management: Retrieve, sort, and transport linen. Remove and properly dispose of trash from guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with Housekeeping and Guest Services to solve challenges quickly and professionally.
  • Tech-Friendly Operations: Utilize in-house software and mobile tools to log tasks, track requests, and support operational efficiency.
  • Guest Support Mindset: Step in confidently when guests need assistance, ensuring professionalism is aligned with standards.
  • Safety First: Understand and communicate emergency procedures and assist guests when necessary.
  • Be Flexible: Take initiative and complete additional duties as assigned by leadership.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You move with purpose and energy — standing still isn’t your style.
  • You can work independently but communicate like a pro with your team.
  • You’re organized and detail-focused — everything has its place.
  • You’re comfortable learning and using technology to stay efficient.
  • You stay positive and professional, even during busy shifts.

Essential Physical & Communication Requirements

To perform this role successfully, team members must be able to:

  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Speak, read, and write in the primary workplace language.
  • Stand and walk frequently for 8+ hours per shift.
  • Lift, lower, and maneuver up to 30 pounds occasionally.
  • Reach, bend, stoop, and pivot frequently throughout the workday.

Reasonable accommodation may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.

Why This Role Matters

Your work directly impacts guest experience, team efficiency, and overall hotel success. Every organized shelf, cleared corridor, and refreshed space helps create the seamless hospitality journey our guests remember.

If you’re ready to move fast, stay sharp, and be part of something bigger — we’re ready for you.
