What You’ll Be Doing
- Clean and prepare guests with efficiency and exceptional attention to detail
- Restock rooms with fresh linens, amenities, and supplies so every guest has exactly what they need
- Inspect rooms to ensure quality, report maintenance needs, and proactively prevent guest concerns
- Take ownership of your work and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment
- Provide friendly, professional interactions that make guests feel welcomed and cared for
- Maintain a high level of organization and time management to meet daily room assignments
- Follow all safety, cleanliness, and emergency procedures
- Support hotel operations with additional duties as assigned
Requirements (Essential Job Functions)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to speak, read, and write in the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift)
- Ability to lift, lower, and maneuver up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, pivot, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday
