  BASIC FUNCTION: A steward at the Abbey Resort has a key role in keeping key tools such as pots, pans, plates and glassware clean for the success of the cooks and our overall restaurant service. They are also responsible for keep the dish pit clean and are expected to complete janitorial duties such as sweeping and mopping. A dishwasher is an important part of the Abbey restaurant team and must be energized, motivated and someone who has a keen eye for cleanliness.
