As our Executive Housekeeper, you'll lead the team that makes every guest feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. You'll inspire and develop associates, champion exceptional cleanliness standards, and collaborate across departments to create memorable stays. Your leadership will shape both the guest experience and a workplace where your team can thrive.

What you'll be doing…

• Lead & Inspire: Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing housekeeping team that takes pride in its work.
• Deliver Excellence: Ensure guest rooms, public spaces, and associate areas consistently exceed cleanliness expectations and meet brand standards.
• Drive Performance: Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and departmental budgets to support efficient operations.
• Create Memorable Experiences: Partner with hotel teams to anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns, and deliver exceptional service.
• Champion Safety: Foster a safe, welcoming environment while maintaining safety, security, and emergency preparedness standards.
• Continuously Improve: Identify opportunities to elevate service, streamline operations, and strengthen team performance.

What makes you successful…

• 3+ years of hotel housekeeping experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A passion for hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the workplace.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk frequently during shifts of 8+ hours; regularly bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and pivot; and lift, push, pull, or move 30+ pounds frequently.
