The Role

As Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll be the steady hand behind the scenes and the confident presence on the floor. You’ll cultivate a team that treats service as craft, hospitality as instinct, and guest satisfaction as non-negotiable.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing the daily rhythm of our restaurant and bar operations
• Training and mentoring a team obsessed with quality and consistency
• Hitting revenue and labor targets through sharp, intuitive scheduling
• Upholding food and beverage cost standards without ever compromising on excellence
• Staying visible and present on the floor during peak service
• Conducting audits that keep our brand standards razor-sharp
• Partnering with hotel leadership on special projects and initiatives

What You Bring to the Table

• Clear, confident communication skills—written and verbal
• Comfort with budgets, data, and Microsoft Office essentials
• A knack for staying composed when the kitchen heats up—literally and figuratively
• Prior supervisory experience in restaurants or bars; hotel experience is a strong plus
• Some college or specialized training in food and beverage operations preferred
• The stamina to stand, walk, and lead for hours—because great hospitality never sits still
