As a Midwest based Impact Field Support Operations Manager, you'll travel across our portfolio, stepping into hotels during transitions, leadership gaps, and high-priority assignments to stabilize operations, strengthen teams, and drive results. You'll serve as a hands-on hotel leader across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Sales - helping each property operate smoothly, profitably, and with exceptional hospitality.

This Is Your Stage
You'll be the go-to operational problem solver, parachuting into assigned hotels to provide leadership, coverage, and stability where it's needed most. Acting as a key point-person for guests and associates, you'll oversee or support the hotel's daily operational functions while keeping service, culture, financial performance, and sales momentum moving forward. Whether supporting a leadership transition, strengthening execution, or tackling an urgent business need, you'll own the outcome and leave the hotel in a stronger position than when you arrived.
What You'll Be Mastering
- Travel regularly across assigned hotels to provide hands-on operational leadership and task-force support
- Oversee or support daily hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance
- Serve as a visible leader and key point-person for guests and associates, addressing daily concerns quickly and professionally
- Maintain exceptional guest service, hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and brand standards throughout the hotel
- Partner with department leaders to ensure staffing, scheduling, training, communication, and execution support business needs
- Lead by example, build trust quickly, and reinforce a positive, accountable, and service-focused culture
- Monitor operational performance, controllable expenses, labor, purchasing, and departmental results to support a smooth and profitable operation
- Identify operational gaps, implement practical solutions, and establish sustainable processes that can be carried forward by the property team
- Ensure continuity of hotel systems, company expectations, and brand standards during transitions or leadership gaps
- Deliver measurable results, leaving each property, team, and guest experience stronger than when you arrived
Are You the Next Impact Leader....
Experience & Education
- 3+ years of hotel operations leadership experience
- Working knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance operations, as well as PMS and POS systems across brands
- Experience managing labor, controllable expenses, departmental performance, and hotel operating priorities
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 100% for multi-state assignments
- Adaptability, resilience, sound judgment, and the ability to lead effectively in fast-changing environments
Leadership & Communication
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with guests, associates, hotel leaders, clients, and ownership stakeholders
- Ability to assess a situation quickly, prioritize competing needs, make decisions, and follow through to resolution
- Comfortable stepping into unfamiliar teams and environments, building credibility quickly, and leading through change
- Multilingual talents are celebrated but not required
Physical & Scheduling
- Comfortable working throughout a dynamic hotel environment, including guest-facing and back-of-house areas
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift, carry, or move items up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on assignment and operational needs
- Must be based in the Midwest
