You’ll help create the comfortable, polished, and welcoming spaces guests expect from Hotel Ardent. Whether visitors are in town for business, exploring Dayton’s vibrant downtown, or reconnecting with family and friends, your work helps make their visit exceptional.

What You’ll Do

• Clean, refresh, and style guest rooms and public areas efficiently and thoroughly according to hotel brand standards.
• Replenish linens, amenities, supplies, and guest collateral so every room is fully prepared for arrival or return.
• Inspect your work with a sharp eye for detail, replacing items as needed and reporting maintenance concerns promptly.
• Create a warm, helpful experience when engaging with guests, listening for needs and responding with care.
• Take ownership of guest concerns and partner with Guest Services and hotel leadership to find solutions.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude that reflects Hotel Ardent, Hilton, and First Hospitality standards.
• Know hotel emergency procedures and assist guests appropriately in the event of an emergency.
• Pitch in on additional assignments as needed—because great hotels are built by teams that support one another.

What You Bring

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to speak, read, and write in the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• A dependable, detail-focused approach and pride in a job well done.
• The ability to stand and walk frequently throughout an 8+ hour workday.
• The ability to occasionally lift, lower, and maneuver up to 30 pounds.
• The ability to reach, bend, stoop, and pivot frequently throughout the workday.
