Who We’re Looking For

Experience & Education

• At least two years in hotel operations management
• Experience working at a Hilton-branded property is preferred.
• Familiarity with PEP PMS is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license

Communication Skills

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong diplomacy skills and a knack for problem-solving
• Robust administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language used in the workplace

Physical Requirements

• Capability to work 8+ hours per day, standing, sitting, and walking as needed
• Able to lift, lower, push, pull, and maneuver objects up to 30 pounds occasionally
