The impact you’ll make…

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Lobby Attendant who takes pride in creating a clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meticulous work behind the scenes while also being warm and approachable when interacting with guests.

As the face of our shared spaces, you’ll help set the tone for the guest experience, ensuring every corner of our lobby and public areas reflects the charm and care of a boutique hotel.

What you’ll be doing…

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, including lobby, restrooms, front desk, hallways, and offices
• Ensure the lobby remains inviting, organized, and free of clutter at all times
• Clean and refresh restaurant and event spaces as needed
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and polish floors and carpets
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, décor, and elevators
• Remove trash and maintain waste receptacles
• Spot clean walls, glass, and high-touch surfaces throughout the day
• Maintain housekeeping closets and supplies in an orderly manner
• Monitor and care for cleaning equipment to ensure proper use and upkeep
• Assist with scheduled deep cleaning and seasonal projects
• Step in to assist guests with basic questions or requests, providing friendly and helpful service
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Take on additional duties as assigned to support the team

Physical Requirements
