About This Role…

Take full leadership of the hotel’s Room Division, focusing exclusively on housekeeping and front desk operations. Ensure seamless day-to-day management, setting the standard for exceptional guest satisfaction and associate performance. Collaborate with the hotel team to hire, train, and retain top talent within the Room Division, fostering a culture of excellence. Drive operational efficiency and service quality while maintaining a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming environment for both guests and associates. Prior front desk experience is required.

Your Key Responsibilities…

  • Oversee all housekeeping and front desk operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, service, and guest experience.

  • Recruit, train, and develop a skilled team in both housekeeping and front office functions.

  • Anticipate guest needs and ensure exceptional amenities and service offerings are delivered consistently.

  • Partner with management to maintain budgeted staffing and controllable expenses within the Room Division.

  • Lead by example, motivating associates to embody company values and deliver superior service.

  • Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion in all Room Division operations.

  • Communicate effectively across departments to support seamless hotel operations.

  • Address guest feedback promptly, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.

  • Uphold brand standards, professionalism, and emergency procedures across all Room Division areas.

What Sets You Apart…

Experience & Education:
  • 3+ years in hotel management, ideally with the same brand.
  • Background in sales and revenue management is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Valid driver’s license necessary.
Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on diplomacy and problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office systems.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in the primary workplace language.
Physical Requirements:
  • Stand, sit, and walk throughout an 8+ hour day.
  • Occasionally lift, lower, push, pull, and maneuver up to 30 pounds.
