About This Role…

Assume leadership in the seamless operation of the hotel, overseeing both front office and housekeeping. Set the standard for exceptional guest satisfaction and associate performance. Collaborate with the hotel team to hire, train, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of excellence. Drive profitability through effective resource management, while maintaining a diverse and inclusive environment for both guests and associates.

Your Key Responsibilities…

• Anticipate guest needs by ensuring exceptional amenities and service offerings.
• Partner with sales and revenue management to achieve budgeted revenue goals.
• Streamline purchasing to manage controllable expenses effectively.
• Recruit, train, and inspire a dynamic team to exceed guest expectations.
• Champion diversity and inclusion through strong leadership and relationship building.
• Lead by example, motivating hotel leaders to embody company values.
• Communicate seamlessly across departments to ensure operational efficiency.
• Listen to guests, empathize, and act on their feedback.
• Consistently uphold professionalism aligned with brand standards.
• Understand and implement emergency procedures, supporting guests and operations.

What Sets You Apart…

Experience & Education:

• 3+ years in hotel management, ideally with the same brand.
• Background in sales and revenue management is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Valid driver’s license necessary.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on diplomacy and problem-solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office systems.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in the primary workplace language.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand, sit, and walk throughout an 8+ hour day.
• Occasionally lift, lower, push, pull, and maneuver up to 30 pounds.
