As a Supervisor, you’ll play a hands-on leadership role overseeing Restaurant, In-Room Dining, and Bar operations. You’ll be the go-to leader on the floor—coaching, supporting, and inspiring your team while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily operations across multiple outlets while maintaining a strong floor presence
• Coach and develop staff through hands-on training and ongoing performance feedback
• Set service standards and ensure brand and quality expectations are exceeded
• Inspire accountability, professionalism, and teamwork
• Ensure the restaurant is fully prepared and guest-ready before every shift
• Partner with hotel departments to create seamless guest experiences
• Resolve guest concerns in real time and turn challenges into wins
• Manage cash handling, closeouts, and operational procedures with integrity
• Communicate effectively with leadership through shift logs, reports, and updates

Requirements:

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prepare and analyze reports, data figures, and computer-generated documentation
• Working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office and related systems
• Strong administrative skills, including business writing and basic accounting mathematics
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Must be capable of grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, bending, listening, hearing, and maintaining visual acuity
• Some college coursework and/or advanced training in food operations preferred
• Prior restaurant and bar supervisory experience required; hotel restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• A strong commitment to maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction
