The Night Audit Supervisor oversees overnight front office operations and ensures accurate financial reporting while delivering exceptional guest service. This role combines leadership, problem-solving, and auditing responsibilities to maintain smooth hotel operations during the night shift

What you’ll be doing…

• Supervise and support night front desk staff; ensure adherence to policies and brand standards.
• Perform nightly audits, balance transactions, and prepare financial reports.
• Welcome and assist guests during check-in/check-out; resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and revenue strategies.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and detailed logs of issues and resolutions.
• Train and coach team members; foster a positive work environment.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements…

Experience & Education:

• 2+ years of previous experience in front office or night audit required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and basic financial reporting.

Communication:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in primary language used in the workplace

Physical:

• 8+ hours per day at standing desk/computer; stand and walk frequently throughout the workday
• Lift, lower, and maneuver up to 30 pounds occasionally
• Ability to independently work during overnight hours
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
