We’re looking for a go-getter with serious hustle to lead Business Travel sales across two premier hotels—Marriott and Hilton. You’ll be the mastermind behind capturing corporate negotiated business, consortia, and contract accounts, bringing bold strategies and fresh ideas to keep our hotels at the top of every traveler’s list.

This isn’t just another sales role. It’s your chance to own a market, build a network, and make a direct impact on revenue, guest loyalty, and brand reputation—all while working alongside a team that celebrates creativity and collaboration.

What you'll be doing...

• What You’ll Do (and totally crush):
  • Be the face and voice of our two hotels for corporate, consortia, and contract business travel segments.
  • Craft and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals and blow targets out of the water.
  • Hunt and capture new business through sales calls, networking events, client entertainment, and FAM trips that leave a lasting impression.
  • Build long-term relationships with key travel decision-makers and partners—because it’s not just about making deals, it’s about creating partnerships.
  • Negotiate like a pro to create win-win agreements that deliver for both the client and the hotels.
  • Partner with Revenue Management and Marketing to keep your strategies sharp and competitive.
  • Stay on top of trends and competitors, using data and insights to always stay one step ahead.
  • Be an active voice in strategy sessions, bringing innovative ideas to grow market share.

Experience:

What Makes You a Star:

• 5+ years of hotel sales experience, with a strong focus on Business Travel (Corporate Transient, Consortia, or similar).
• A proven track record of building relationships and closing deals with confidence and style.
• Exceptional communication skills—whether in person, via email, or on a big stage.
• You know the Marriott and Hilton brands—or you’ll learn them so well that you’ll speak their language fluently.
• A love for the chase, a strategic mind, and a competitive spirit that won’t quit.

Physical:

• 8+ hours per day sitting desk/computer; stand and walk occasionally throughout workday
• Lift, lower, and maneuver up to 10 pounds occasionally
• Manual dexterity and repetitive motions required throughout workday
