Room Service Servers are an integral part of the Guest's culinary experience during their stay. They are responsible for the set-up, delivery, and retrieval of food and beverage orders as well as delivery of VIP amenities to guest rooms and hospitality suites. All while ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and the achievement/maintenance of brand standards and profit maximization.

What you'll be doing...

• Respond to in-room dining service phone calls.
• Accurately take and confirm the order, offering additional items to up-level the guest experience; enter the order in the sales system.
• Obtain all requested and necessary order items and package according to standard.
• Promptly deliver the in-room dining order as requested, thank the guest, and confirm the order meets guest expectations.
• Act to resolve order discrepancies or issues.
• Communicate with coworkers and guest services team as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Complete additional related tasks as assumed or assigned by management.
