We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Analyst to join our Revenue Management Team. This role supports hotel pricing optimization, market share growth, accurate topline forecasting, and process efficiency. The ideal candidate has advanced Excel skills, a strong analytical mindset, and hospitality experience—ideally in revenue management.
You’ll collaborate with Revenue Leaders and cross-functional teams to build and maintain reporting tools, monitor performance, and drive data-informed decisions across our hotel portfolio.
What you’ll be doing…
- Build and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards for pricing, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Analyze historical and current data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support monthly and annual forecasting by preparing and validating data inputs
- Conduct audits on distribution, rate loading, and other revenue-impacting processes
- Train new team members on tools, systems, and department processes
- Develop and refine reporting methodologies and explore automation opportunities
- Evaluate and implement AI tools to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy
Requirements…
- 2+ years in reporting, revenue management, or business analysis, preferably in hospitality
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, or OLAP data cubes)
- Familiarity with hotel revenue systems (e.g., IDeaS, OYv2) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
