As a Night Auditor at Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbus Airport in Columbus, OH, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional guest support throughout their stay. Your responsibilities will include accurately processing transactions, resolving guest challenges, and ensuring seamless communication with guests, colleagues, and supervisors.

Your Role...

• Welcome arriving guests and oversee the check-in process, ensuring all requests are met.
• Bid farewell to departing guests, review billing accuracy, and encourage future visits.
• Engage with guests via phone or email to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling guest information and financial reports.
• Promote brand loyalty programs and offer special packages to enhance guest experience.
• Communicate effectively with all hotel departments to meet guest expectations and resolve issues promptly.
• Show empathy towards guest concerns and act on feedback to improve their experience.
• Adhere to hotel emergency procedures and assist guests during emergencies.
• Maintain the security of the house bank and accurately record all transactions.

Your Qualifications...

Experience & Education:

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in Hospitality or a related field
• High School diploma or equivalent

Communication:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in the primary language used in the workplace

Physical Requirements:

• Comfortable working at a standing desk/computer for 8+ hours per day
• Ability to lift, lower, and maneuver up to 30 pounds occasionally
• Capability to work independently during overnight hours
