About this job...
As a Housekeeping Operations Associate, you’ll play a vital role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests. This dynamic position combines the responsibilities of laundry, room care, and public area cleanliness. Whether you’re preparing fresh linens, styling guest rooms, or ensuring public spaces sparkle, your attention to detail and pride in your work will leave a lasting impression.
What you’ll be doing...
  • Clean, style, and refresh hotel guest rooms and public areas to meet brand standards.
  • Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and store linens and towels to ensure availability and quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all public areas including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and banquet spaces.
  • Replenish guest room and public area supplies, amenities, and linens as needed.
  • Inspect rooms and linens for cleanliness, wear, or damage; report maintenance needs promptly.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and polish floors and carpets; dust furniture, metalwork, and fixtures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in laundry and housekeeping storage areas.
  • Operate laundry and cleaning equipment safely and according to instruction.
  • Maintain and care for equipment such as vacuums, carts, and cleaning tools.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and collaborate with hotel staff to resolve guest concerns.
  • Secure and manage keys, supplies, and equipment according to hotel policies.
  • Follow all hotel safety protocols and assist guests during emergencies.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, pivot, and move frequently throughout the workday
  • Ability to lift, lower, and maneuver up to 30 pounds occasionally
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction
  • Flexibility to perform a variety of duties and work collaboratively across teams
