  • Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement sophisticated sales strategies that drive market share and elevate the brand to new heights.
  • Cultivate Prestigious Partnerships: Engage with top-tier clients, luxury brands, and high-profile event planners to create exclusive collaborations.
  • Lead with Influence: Inspire and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, passion, and results-driven performance.
  • Own the Guest Journey: Align sales initiatives with our signature guest experience—seamless, personalized, and deeply indulgent.
  • Data-Driven Mastery: Leverage market insights, revenue forecasting, and trend analysis to stay ahead of the competition.

Experience & Education: 

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury/lifestyle hotels 
  • 4-year degree in hospitality management or sales preferred, or equivalent experience and education
