The impact you’ll make…

Graphic Designer/Social Media Coordinator is to serve as the brand voice for the hotel’s digital media channels. This position will have a strong focus on coordinating and designing media assets for our music venue, along with various marketing initiatives for the hotel.

Analog at Hutton Hotel is an intimate music venue showcasing the industry’s most inspired musicians, giving you an up close and personal experience in a comfortable living-room style setting. Located just steps from the famed Music Row, Analog was designed to provide some of the best venue acoustics in all of Nashville while providing an intimate, interactive, and engaging experience for audiences and talent.

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer/Social Media Coordinator to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts, marketing campaigns and email marketing. As a social media coordinator, you will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Support the Director of Marketing to create monthly content calendars for social media strategies, email marketing and assist in the continued growth of brand awareness
  • Create engaging posts on social media platforms which would include daily posts, stories, reels and live streams. Including, but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn
  • In charge of all graphic design projects; will be responsible for all design, editing, and proofing of dynamic and high-quality creative for print and digital
  • Attend Analog shows and sponsored events as needed for content creation, which may require some after-hour and weekend work
  • Research upcoming artists, shows, and design trends that are relevant to the brand
  • Assist with on-going marketing projects
  • Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills Required...

  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, Social Media Coordinator or Content Creator
  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong time and project management skills
  • Resourceful and proactive self-starter
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Applicant must have an extensive working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with hands-on graphic design experience. Video production, editing, photography, streaming and creative writing skills are a definite plus!
