Thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menus including recommended offerings, knowledge of creating and executing different coffee and coffee-based drinks is critical to success. Baristas must be proactive in handling guest needs, be highly engaging and service-oriented, and take a creative approach to problem solving. The primary responsibility of a Barista is to deliver and exceed guest expectations, execute the restaurant vision, resolve challenges, and maintain excellent communication with guests, peers, and supervisors.
Room Service Servers are an integral part of the Guest's culinary experience during their stay. They are responsible for the set-up, delivery, and retrieval of food and beverage orders as well as delivery of VIP amenities to guest rooms and hospitality suites. All while ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and the achievement/maintenance of brand standards and profit maximization.
